Oakfield Farm

The History

The historic Dairy Venue, built by Italian prisoners of war in 1940, offers magnificent sunsets, surrounded by expansive grass fields, grazed on by the Nguni cows and horses, whom from time-to-time peer in to see the festivities. The intimate courtyard brings your guests together to celebrate your nuptials. The secret garden offers the perfect backdrop for the couples’ shoot.

The Dairy Chapel

The Dairy Chapel, conveniently located
near the venue, embodies the
charm of a classic farm-style setting. Its design
includes a picturesque horse and carriage
entrance, allowing guests a glimpse of
the chapel’s beauty without revealing
the full view until the moment of your
arrival. Guests can ride through fields
where our Nguni cows and horses graze,
leading to the stunning entrance of the
chapel. There, the grand entrance doors
are framed by two towering evergreen
trees, creating the luxurious farm-style
ambiance you envisioned for your
special day.
